訳：彼女の歯がグラグラしている

or

訳：この歯がすごくグラグラしている
ちなみに〝テーブルがグラグラする〟ことは〝This table wobbles.〟と言います。
【大人の歯が生えてきている】

訳：大人の歯が少しだけもう生えてきている
【顎が細い・歯並びが悪くなる】
