今回は子供に関する英語表現シリーズの第８弾です。
【起きている／起きたの／起きたところ】
● He is awake.
訳：起きているね
● Did he just wake up？
訳：今起きたの？
● He just woke up.
訳：今起きたところだよ
【怒る気がしなくなる】
● He is doing more naughty things, but he is always smiling , so It’s hard for me to get angry.
訳：彼は悪いことをするけどいつもニコニコしているから怒る気が無くなる
【人前ではおとなしい】
● He is quiet in front of other people , but he is becoming selfish in front of me.
訳：彼は人前では大人しいけど、私の前ではわがままになる
【別々の場所に行きたがる】
● My kids want to go to separate places.
訳：私の子供は別々の場所に行きたがる
【お弁当を残す】
● I put a lot of vegetables in her lunch box, so I think she will probably leave half of them.
訳：彼女のお弁当に野菜をたくさん入れたので、お弁当の半分を残してくるだろう
【踊りやすそうな曲】
● If there is music that is easy to dance to, she makes up a dance by herself and strats to dance.
訳：踊りやすそうな音楽が流れていたら、自分で踊りを考えて踊りだす
〝踊りを考えて〟の〝she makes up a dance〟は〝she creates a dance〟でもオーケーです 💡
【久しぶりの学校だから張り切って行った】
● It’s been a while since my kids have been to school, so they were excited to go on the first day.
訳：学校に行くのが久しぶりだから張り切って行った
【独り占めする】
● She keeps the toy to herself.
訳：彼女はそのおもちゃを独り占めしている
