今日は普段のちょっとした会話で出てくる天気についての表現をまとめてみました 😀
【暑い／蒸し暑い】
● It is very humid today.
訳：今日は蒸し暑い
● This room is very stuffy.
訳：この部屋はとても蒸し暑い
● The days are getting hotter.
訳：だんだん暑くなってきた
【日射しについて】
● The sunlight is very bright.
訳：日射しが強いですね
● The sunlight is very warm, so I feel good.
訳：日射しが暖かくて気持ちいいですね
【雨について】
● It is raining hard.（heavilyよりhardの方が一般的）
訳：雨が強く降っている
● It started to rain just as I went out.
訳：外に出たとたん、雨が降り始めた
● It is supposed to rain tomorrow.
訳：明日は雨が降るらしい
● It rained all day yesterday.
訳：昨日は１日中雨だった
● The rain would stop.
or
● The rain would come to end.
訳：雨が止みそう
● The weather forecast says it will rain tomorrow.
訳：明日雨が降ると天気予報で言っていた
【雪について】
● There are a lot of snow.
訳：雪がたくさん積もっている
● There wasn’t as much snow as I thought last year.
訳：去年は思っていたより雪がひどくなかった
● Everyone says there will be a lot of snow this year.
訳：みんなが今年はたくさん雪が降るだろうと言っている
● Northern Japan has the same amount of snow as this city has.
日本の北部ではここと同じくらい雪が降る
● An area where I used to live doesn’t have much snow.
私が住んでいたところはあまり雪が降らない
● Some years it doesn’t snow, some years it snows twice or three times a year.
訳：雪が降らない年もあるし、降ったとしても年に２、３回くらいしか降らない
● Snow doesn’t stay on the ground.
訳：雪は積もらない
【その他】
● What will the weather be like tomorrow?
訳：明日の天気はどうなるのですか？
● We have had good weather lately.
訳：最近はいい天気が続いてますね
● I wonder if it will be cold from now on.
訳：このまま寒いままなのかなぁ（このまま寒い日が続くのかなぁ）
● Warm days have increased lately, spring might be coming soon.
訳：暖かい日が増えてきたのでもうすぐ春が来るかも
