We got home last Wednesday evening after a great, very busy time with my husband’s family. We had beautiful weather the whole time, didn’t even need a jacket which is amazing for September. We saw some interesting places, ate way too much, and talked a lot. So we came back tired, but very happy.
But now we need to get back to a somewhat normal schedule. So I am sending you this email to see what your schedule is for this week. Would you like to come Wednesday morning? If that doesn’t work, we can set up another time. Also, what about Tuesday afternoon? Will your husband be coming at 4 to speak English with my husband?

訳：主人の家族と楽しく、忙しい時間を過ごしたのち、先週の水曜日の夜に帰ってきました

訳：滞在期間中いい天気に恵まれ、９月なのに上着すらいらない素晴らしい天気でした
We saw some interesting places, ate way too much, and talked a lot. So we came back tired, but very happy.
訳：私たちはいくつか面白いところを見て、すっごくたくさん食べて、たくさん話しました。
なので、とても疲れたけれど、とても楽しかったです

So I am sending you this email to see what your schedule is for this week.
訳：それで、あなたの今週の予定はどうかなぁと思ってメールをしてます
Would you like to come Wednesday morning? If that doesn’t work, we can set up another time.
訳：今度の水曜日の朝、来ませんか？もし都合が悪かったら、別の機会にしましょうね
Also, what about Tuesday afternoon? Will your husband be coming at 4 to speak English with my husband?
訳：それか火曜日の午後はどうかしら？あなたのご主人は４時に夫と英語を話すために来ますか？
